Bird by bird.

Learning how to paint birds—one of a few projects I undertook during the COVID-19 pandemic. This was a real exercise in patience, but it gave me an opportunity to learn something about color and perspective. In the words of Anne Lamott, “We are just going to take this bird by bird.”
