Careers page content
Collaborating with executive leadership, a recruiting lead, and the head of design, I wrote content for the Busbud careers page. Challenges included balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders, applying the right voice and tone, and conveying the company culture in a way that would attract target hires.
One of my first assignments was to write the company’s app store content in time for a major relaunch of the company’s mobile app. To do this, I had to research, internalize, and convey the company’s unique voice and tone on a short timeline.
Collaborating with a range of stakeholders, I wrote content for app screenshots, promotional text, product description, and version history. Challenges included learning the brand voice, writing within strict character limits, and delivering high-stakes content on a tight deadline.
